Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Neo Vita LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality wood touch-up and repair services. Because most of our work involves custom, on-site repairs and restoration, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to make things right and ensure customer satisfaction.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the completed service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a reasonable touch-up or correction at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The agreed-upon service was not completed

  • Significant damage occurred directly due to our work

  • The final result substantially differs from the agreed service scope

Refund requests must include:

  • Your name and appointment date

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the area in question, when applicable

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Normal wood grain, color variation, or aging differences

  • Pre-existing damage not included in the original repair scope

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after approval of completed work

  • Additional damage caused after service completion

  • Minor touch-up visibility under close inspection or certain lighting conditions

Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits, when required, are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling requests are welcome and will be accommodated when possible.
